Gold & Diamond transforms a compact retail footprint into a bright, contemporary jewelry showroom where clean architectural lines, refined materials, and layered lighting create an elevated setting for merchandise display.
The approximately 869 SF tenant improvement is organized around a 685 SF retail showroom supported by dedicated storage/utility and restroom spaces. The renovation includes a completely redesigned storefront, new non-bearing partitions, ceilings and soffits, lighting, floor finishes, HVAC distribution, and custom store fixtures. A crisp palette of white stone and marble-inspired surfaces, black metal detailing, polished flooring, and expansive glazing gives the storefront a strong presence within the surrounding retail environment. Inside, illuminated glass showcases line the perimeter and define clear circulation through the showroom, while integrated display lighting and a sculptural central fixture create focal points throughout the space. The result is a compact but polished retail environment designed to maximize product visibility while giving Gold & Diamond a distinct, sophisticated identity.
