Ontario Water Treatment Plant 925
Ontario 925 Water Treatment Plant combines robust utility infrastructure with a straightforward architectural expression designed around long-term operation, maintenance, and equipment access.
The approximately 9,199 SF facility is constructed as a concrete masonry building with a single-ply roof system and is organized to support the pumping, control, instrumentation, and chemical treatment systems serving Reservoir 925. Program spaces include a pump room, control room, chemical storage and generation area, generator enclosure, electrical room, and associated support spaces. Large roll-up doors and generous service clearances provide direct access for equipment installation and maintenance, while the exterior uses brick masonry, concrete accents, and carefully proportioned openings to give the highly technical facility a durable and cohesive civic-industrial character.
