Irvine Residence Interior
A gut renovation of a tower condominium, opened up to the glass so the city view is the first thing you see from the entry and the last thing from the kitchen.
The original plan boxed the living space away from the windows. The renovation removes those walls, drops a long island where a partition used to be, and lines the kitchen up so the view runs uninterrupted from the front door to the far glass.
The palette is deliberately quiet — white lacquer, book-matched quartz, warm brass — so the changing light off the windows carries the room. A glass-walled study borrows that light without giving up acoustic separation.
Every surface, fixture and lighting position was drawn; the contractor built from a full interior set.
