Sharif & Co. transforms six generations of family craftsmanship into a flagship architectural identity inspired by the materiality, precision, and presentation of fine jewelry.
Located in Roseville near the Galleria and surrounding retail district, the development consists of a 5,952 SF flagship jewelry showroom, including its mezzanine, and a separate 1,850 SF medical office building. The showroom is conceived as a jewel box holding precious gems, with three sculptural buttresses representing the Sharif family’s past, present, and future. Metal composite cladding references the role of metal in goldsmithing, while expansive glazing creates transparency and allows natural light to animate both the façade and jewelry displays. Inside, the showroom is envisioned with a museum-like quality that places the jewelry at the center of the experience, while the building’s distinctive form and scale establish a recognizable presence within Roseville.
