Sharif Jewelers transforms an existing commercial interior in Elk Grove into a refined jewelry showroom organized around elegant circulation, layered lighting, and a warm contemporary material palette.
The approximately 4,994 SF tenant improvement combines retail display areas with a vault, offices, lounge, break room, and accessory support spaces. Curved display counters and a large circular ceiling feature establish a clear focal point within the showroom, while dark wood millwork, polished stone flooring, glass display cases, and warm metallic accents create a sophisticated setting for the jewelry. A combination of recessed, accent, and decorative lighting highlights merchandise and defines key areas throughout the space, while expansive glazing brings natural light into the showroom. The project also includes new interior partitions, reflected ceiling and lighting improvements, selective HVAC modifications, electrical adjustments, and accessibility upgrades to the primary entrance, circulation route, and restrooms.
