Linden Point
Linden Point combines housing, work-live units, and neighborhood-serving commercial space within a contemporary infill development designed to support both living and working on one site.
Located in West Sacramento, the project includes 15 residences—six three-level work-live townhomes and nine stacked flats—along with commercial retail and service uses, with 10% of the housing designated as affordable. Each work-live unit provides an independently accessed commercial space at street level, living space on the second floor, and two bedrooms on the third, while the stacked flats average approximately 1,400 SF and are organized within a low-rise four-story building over retail. Metal cladding, cement plaster, projecting volumes, and angular parapets create a varied contemporary façade, while outdoor gathering areas, EV charging, and photovoltaic canopies over parking extend the project’s emphasis on shared space and energy-conscious design.
